I've been at Trappers Cove for five years now and have enjoyed my time here. I've never had any major issues and have always had great interactions with the office and maintenance staff. Based on my experience, the maintenance on this property is superb. Whenever I place a request, I get very prompt response and the issue gets addressed quickly and satisfactorily EVERY time. For my most recent request, the maintenance guy showed up at my door in less than 15mins after I placed the request, even when it was not an urgent issue. - Hope

I’ve been resident for approximately 2 years and not once has the maintenance crew or the administrative staff let me down. It’s still an apartment complex neighbor can be problematic and things breakdown but the urgency and genuine concern with which all staff helped, makes the rent completely worth it. This is my second time living at Trappers Cove. Thoroughly enjoyed my first time here, and I'm glad to be back. The entire staff made the moving process easy and simple. My apartment is in excellent condition and everything works like it should. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly. :) My cats love it too! - Chris
