Based on my experience, the maintenance on this property is superb. Whenever I place a request, I get very prompt response and the issue gets addressed quickly and satisfactorily EVERY time. For my most recent request, the maintenance guy showed up at my door in less than 15mins after I placed the request, even when it was not an urgent issue. - Hope
