Based on my experience, the maintenance on this property is superb. Whenever I place a request, I get very prompt response and the issue gets addressed quickly and satisfactorily EVERY time. I’ve been resident for approximately 2 years and not once has the maintenance crew or the administrative staff let me down. It’s still an apartment complex neighbor can be problematic and things breakdown but the urgency and genuine concern with which all staff helped, makes the rent completely worth it.
